Rosemount Cottage One in Garve is a traditional Highland cottage that offers a cosy and comfortable stay. The cottage is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with lovely original features and a charming log burner. The furnishings strike a good balance, making it feel welcoming without being clinical. The owners, John and Helen, are brilliant hosts and offer great advice on local walks and destinations. They are also very pet-friendly, making it the ideal location for those traveling with well-behaved dogs. The cottage is conveniently located between Inverness and Ullapool, with several beautiful walks along the river to Loch Garve and Roggie Falls.

Felt completely at ease during our stay, with no complaints at all.

My partner and I stayed at Rosemount Cottage in Garve for a relaxing break and we couldn't have been happier. John and Helen were fantastic hosts, providing great advice on local walks and attractions. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean with a cozy, yet not clinical, feel. We appreciated the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and the beautiful river walks just steps away. Our dog was warmly welcomed too. The location, nestled between Inverness and Ullapool, was perfect for exploring the area. We will definitely be returning!

Had a fantastic Christmas at this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the Highlands and there were several beautiful hikes nearby. the house itself was cozy and well-appointed, with a lovely private and shared garden. the hosts were attentive and provided great recommendations for day trips and dining options.

The nearest shop and petrol station were quite far away, which may be inconvenient for some. there were a few low doorways that taller guests should be aware of when moving around the house.

I recently stayed at Rosemount Cottage in Garve for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. John & Helen, the hosts, were incredibly welcoming and provided great advice on local walks and attractions. The cottage itself was spotless and had a perfect balance of comfort and charm. The spacious bedrooms and cozy lounge were ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the Scottish Highlands. The modern kitchen was well-equipped and the outside terrace and garden were the perfect setting to unwind with a drink. a fantastic stay in a beautiful location with friendly and helpful hosts.
