The cottage was comfortable with modern bathrooms and efficient showers. The hot tub was a big hit and having our washing done was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was great for exploring Devon and Cornwall. The animals on-site, like the goats and chickens, were a added bonus that the kids loved.

Beautiful cottage, fantastic grounds, comfortable and clean, enjoyable hot tub and games room, loved seeing the animals, great outdoor space for BBQ.

fosfelle cottages in bideford was even better than our previous stay! the beautifully decorated house had fantastic views, a hot tub, and a bar house. we loved the comfy beds and the opportunity to interact with the animals. a perfect weekend getaway!

Excellent location, easy access to tourist hot spots. Hot tub is a real plus. Great restaurant with tasty home cooked food. Perfect for day trips. Labrador-friendly. Welcoming and accommodating hosts. Delightful ducks and chickens.

Nothing at all.

The cottage was comfortable and cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had a great night's sleep and woke up feeling refreshed. The location was peaceful and just what we needed for a relaxing weekend. Plus, the fact that the cottage was dog-friendly was a huge bonus for us.

There were a few disappointments. We found cobwebs around the windows and ceilings, and there was even black mould on the bathroom ceiling.
