On arrival, I was delighted with the warm welcome and a free room upgrade with a beautiful four-poster bed. Despite the charming old property lacking a lift, the exceptional service and comfort made my stay truly memorable. the delicious breakfast and picturesque setting added to the experience. the only small inconvenience was the slightly small bath size. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at this place were absolutely top-notch, going above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We arrived earlier than expected but it was no biggie for them. The rooms were beautifully furnished, and the dining room and nearby monkey room were out of this world. The hotel itself was stunning, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The evening meal was mind-blowingly perfect, and the breakfast was great too. They even catered to our special dietary needs. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a jaw-dropping view of the gardens and beyond, which made our belated anniversary even more special. I can't recommend this place enough, especially for special occasions. It was by far the best hotel I've stayed in, and I'm already looking forward to coming back soon.

The quality of the evening meal was exceptional, with all three courses exceeding our expectations. The waiter was outstanding, providing friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable service. The surroundings were superb, and the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble, especially when it came to keeping our 3-year-old daughter entertained. We can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel whenever we can.

Had a wonderful Xmas experience at a charming hotel with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the lobby and a cozy fireplace in the lounge. The location near picturesque countryside and historic landmarks offered plenty of sightseeing opportunities. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a great selection of hot and cold items to choose from.

The room was a bit chilly and the heating system took a while to kick in. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was weak in the room and kept disconnecting, making it difficult to check emails and stream videos. However, the friendly staff quickly provided an extra blanket to keep us warm and offered a comfortable seating area in the lounge with better Wi-Fi reception for our internet needs.
