This hotel is in an excellent location for those travelling by train, being located right opposite the railway station and just minutes away from the city centre on foot. The room is warm and comfortable and the staff are polite and greet guests with smiles and assistance. Breakfast is highly recommended for including traditional fares and more. Additionally, there are fresh ground coffee, biscuits, and chocolates in the room as well as bottled water.

The parking situation is unclear and can cause stress for those driving to the hotel.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right across from the train station and within walking distance to the city center. It made exploring the city a breeze. Another positive aspect was the friendly and helpful staff, especially the receptionist in the mornings who was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. the breakfast options were also quite tasty, with a good variety of hot and cold choices to start the day off right.

The temperature in the room was way too hot, and it was impossible to open the window for some fresh air. We all had a terrible night's sleep due to the stuffiness.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, with all the attractions within easy walking distance. We also appreciated the option to leave our bags with the hotel before our departure. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and convenience.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was amazing! the staff were so kind and helpful, they even gave us complimentary mulled wine and mince pies upon arrival. the location was perfect for exploring the city, being right across from the train station and close to all the shops and restaurants. the room was cozy and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the fact that they had a gorgeous Christmas tree in the lobby, it really added to the festive atmosphere.

That there was only one staff member at the front desk, which meant we had to wait a bit to check-in. But once we were attended to, the process was quick and efficient.
