This apartment boasts a fantastic location right in the heart of old town, on the Royal Mile, close to everything. Guests can easily access major attractions and enjoy the nearby nightlife. The bedrooms are spacious, comfy, and clean, while the bathroom is spotless with a decent shower. The living room and kitchen offer a comfortable space with all necessary amenities. The host is friendly and welcoming, making the stay enjoyable for guests.

The windows in the apartment are tough to open/close and single glazed, which may lead to potential issues with cold drafts, particularly in winter.

this property and host have exceeded my expectations on every level!!! cozy and homey loft with everything you could want. first time in scotland and we will be returning and staying here again and again as long as the host will have us!

We had a fantastic stay at this well-presented apartment in a fantastic location for exploring the Royal Mile. The comfortable beds and great shower made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the espresso maker and the peaceful courtyard-facing bedrooms. The key gate with buzzer entry provided a sense of security.
