We stayed at a beautifully decorated room with a gorgeous bathroom at Royal Oak. the pub downstairs was absolutely stunning with easy access using the code provided. the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was superb. the location in a lovely village near Temple Ewell park was perfect, and we enjoyed sitting in the back garden with great views. We will definitely come back if in the area!

The breakfast at Royal Oak was plentiful and delicious, with a variety of cereal and fruit followed by a satisfying full English. The accommodation was clean, modern, and offered great value for money. The location was perfect, with the beautiful St Margaret's Bay close by for a visit. The staff were all friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. We had a last-minute change of plan which they kindly accommodated. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. the room had all the amenities we needed and the breakfast was excellent and filling.

Our romantic escape was ruined by the uncomfortable bed and noise from the kitchen refrigerator units that kept us up all night. Our dinner was also disappointing as the food was burnt and not well-prepared.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me when I had a problem with my car. I was impressed by their level of service. the rooms were nicely decorated and clean. the breakfast was excellent and had a good variety of options.

The room was quite noisy, especially due to the pub downstairs. It was not soundproofed as advertised, so I recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the small but comfortable rooms that were perfect for an overnight stay. The location was picturesque and quiet, with a beautiful bridge and river nearby. Free parking was a bonus.

The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful old pub atmosphere. Parking was excellent, and it was easy to explore this city from here.
