From the moment we arrived at the Royal Oakwell, we felt genuinely welcomed. Our spacious room comfortably accommodated two adults, two children, and a travel cot. The location was conveniently within walking distance of attractions, allowing us to stroll off the delicious breakfast provided. The warm hospitality, fantastic breakfast, and ample space made this our new go-to hotel in Blackpool. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Royal Oakwell in Blackpool! The value for money was great, with super clean rooms and plenty of drawer space. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the south and central areas. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly, chatty, and always ready to help. We'll definitely be coming back!

I had a great stay at the Royal Oakwell hotel in Blackpool. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and seafront. The staff, especially Anne, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast served by Anne was exceptional, and the hotel itself was clean and tidy. The onsite bar was a nice addition and had reasonable prices. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The value for money at Royal Oakwell was excellent, and the rooms were nice and clean. The location was great, within walking distance to the beach, Pleasure Beach, and the nightlife. The staff treated us so well, going above and beyond to help and make us feel welcome.

We stayed at Royal Oakwell for a music festival and had a fantastic time. The owner was incredibly accommodating, even providing board games for the kids. The room was modern, clean, and quiet. The beds were super comfy and the breakfast made to order. The hotel has its own bar with retro games for the kids and cheap drinks. It's just a 2-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of shops nearby. Can't wait to come back!

Arrived on a busy weekend with nearby parking. Quick check-in, clean room, and comfortable beds. Bar had reasonably priced drinks. Fresh and hot buffet-style breakfast. Attentive owners, especially to my daughter. Would definitely return.

We couldn't rate this hotel any better. The staff, Mark & Sylvie, were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel bar had affordable prices. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, just off the promenade and within walking distance of the bus station and all the attractions.

This hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms and a very comfortable bed indeed. The location is also a plus, as it is not far from the seafront and close to small local shops. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are all in place, including a good shower and daily room cleaning.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location near the beachfront. The room I stayed in was spotless and quiet, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast choices were impressive, with a variety of cereals and a delicious fry-up. The hotel also had excellent cleaning facilities and hygiene measures in place. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.
