Our family weekend at the Rudloe was marked by unexpected ups and downs. Despite a last-minute room cancellation the night before, which left us disheartened, our stay ultimately turned out well. The main house's quirky charm, coupled with an inviting leisure room, made for delightful bonding time with my daughter. Nearby landmarks like Corsham Court enhanced our experience, providing memorable family moments.

The gardens were so stunning, they seemed like they were crafted by a fairy with an exceptional eye for design, rather than just a landscape architect! Walking through them felt like a scene from a romantic comedy, where every corner revealed a new treasure, much better than any old movie set.

What a charming spot! Upon arrival, I was treated like royalty, with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink. The atmosphere was lovely, and the restaurant served delightful meals, including an excellent breakfast—though I wish there was a wider selection. The staff genuinely went out of their way to accommodate us and the lively local radio added a nice touch to the ambiance.

A couple of things could make the stay even better. The grounds are in need of a little TLC, as they felt a bit overgrown.

I had a delightful stay! The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. DEFINITELY a bit scruffier than the photos, but I’d still go back for the food!

We loved the cozy lounges and charming dining room, plus the unique artwork throughout the property. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the manager with our bags and the morning receptionist who helped us secure a taxi without hassle.

Lighting in the room was dim, and electrical outlets were poorly placed. we felt at ease—nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The value for money was fantastic, and the room was both comfy and stylish with lovely details throughout.

I recently stayed in a second-floor annex apartment, and it was a charming experience. The room, though tired with eclectic furnishings, felt unique with MPW sharing his vast collection of artwork for all guests to enjoy. Everything was clean and had all I needed for a short stay, making it comfortable and inviting.

The only minor drawback was the lack of modern amenities; while it added to the charm, a few updates could enhance the overall experience.
