I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the B+B. It has been recently refurbished and the rooms are clean and fresh. The bathroom was spacious and had a great hot shower. The availability of a kitchen on my floor was a bonus, even though there was no cutlery provided. The common room had nice new furniture and a TV. The manager, though not on site, was extremely helpful when contacted by phone. The location is convenient with a tram stop nearby and easy access from the ring road. I would recommend this hotel for its value and comfort.

We recently stayed in a hotel near Rufford Court, and it was a great choice for our young family. The location was perfect, as it was near the tram stop which made it very convenient for us to commute to the city center of Nottingham. We also loved that it was very close to the Beefeater restaurant where we decided to have breakfast, which was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay for us and our children. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with all the necessary amenities. the staff provided excellent service and was very accommodating to our needs. We were pleased with the overall experience.

Lovely place! The woman who checked us in was very friendly. We had 2 rooms and both were clean, fresh, and warm. Room 1 had the better bed overall, but both rooms provided a comfortable place for us to sleep. The hot shower was a welcome treat after a long day out. The hotel had free WiFi, convenient access to the tram, and a well-equipped open kitchen. The community room with TV, chairs, and games was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again!
