The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The room itself was lovely, overlooking Russell Square and providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. Despite facing a road, the room was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The bar at the hotel was a highlight, with an amazing selection of gins and delicious cocktails to enjoy. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options to choose from. I particularly loved the little chocolates we received on check-out, a thoughtful touch. I had a truly enjoyable and memorable stay at the Kimpton and would highly recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at Kimpton - Fitzroy in London for my summer vacation. The location is perfect, with easy access to train stations and just around the corner from Russel Square tube station. The hotel itself is well-maintained and the staff, especially Zain at the reception, was fantastic and made me feel welcome. The stylish rooms are both functional and tastefully designed, with a fantastic bathroom and a cool shower head. The junior suite with a park view was amazing, spacious, clean, and uniquely decorated. The breakfast options were diverse and catered to different preferences and allergies.

Nothing could have been better.

The hotel had a great breakfast buffet with a chef that would cook eggs any way you want. They also offered freshly squeezed juice. the location was perfect for walking to nearby sights. the staff was exceptionally hospitable.

Our room felt claustrophobic due to only having one opaque window.

We verbleven in een ruime villa op een geweldige locatie nabij Praia Galé. De villa had vier slaapkamers en drie badkamers, perfect voor onze groep. De keuken was volledig uitgerust en er was zelfs een vaatwasser en wasmachine aanwezig. De tuin was groot en bood veel zitruimte bij het zwembad en voor buitenmaaltijden. Het strand en diverse restaurants waren vlakbij. De communicatie met het personeel verliep soepel via WhatsApp.

De bedden waren van slechte kwaliteit en de badkamers waren verouderd en in slechte staat.
