The value for money was great and the room was lovely with charming decorations. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of town. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The only thing that could have been better during our stay were the breakfast items, as we had to consistently ask for the correct number of toast slices and eggs each morning.

The hotel had fantastic facilities, including a very nice bar and an outside heated terrace. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. The room was huge and had a very comfortable bed, as well as a massive TV. The bathroom was super clean and had a good shower over the bath, along with nice toiletries. The breakfast was delicious, and the porter even arranged a continental breakfast and great coffee for us when we had to leave early. The location was also excellent, close to the restaurant we had booked and just a few minutes' drive away from the beautiful beach at Camber Sands.

The Lookout Rye Rye offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The hotel's location is perfect, almost in the center of town, providing easy access to all the individual quaint shops that Rye has to offer. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms, although featuring slightly smaller 4'6" beds, have character and some even come with a large balcony, offering a lovely view across the nature reserve. The breakfast, included in the rate, is a delightful experience with a happy and smiley waitress serving the guests.

Conveniently located to explore the town and with onsite parking, this hotel is a great base to explore from. the staff were friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast and freshly baked pizza in the bar. the large windows in the room brought in lots of light which we appreciated.

The noise from the extractor fans and creaking floorboards were a bit too much, and the curtains were difficult to operate for the night. We also found some of the car park and driveway areas unsafe, with some strange parking practices.

I recently stayed at The Lookout in Rye for a few days and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was stylish and comfortable, and the location of the hotel was perfect - right in the center of town with everything within walking distance. The pop-up pizza restaurant at the hotel was a delicious surprise and the breakfast served was also excellent. The facilities were more than adequate and the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere made my stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely be returning again soon!

The Deluxe Suite has stunning interiors, a spacious & luxurious bathroom, and a fantastic bay window view. The building blends perfectly into the cliff road surroundings. Ideal for exploring the town. Very friendly and helpful staff.
