I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. This place is located in a great area, right in the very centre of London. The hotel offers a variety of services and amenities that enhanced my comfort and convenience. The room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a dining table. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was very convenient for staying connected. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The apartment had a spacious living room/kitchen area with a well-stocked kitchen, including a dishwasher and large fridge. the location was great, just a short walk from a tube station and on a lovely street with cafes, restaurants, and a pub. the staff were friendly and attentive.

One of the hairdryers in the room only blew out cold air, which was a bit inconvenient. the hotel's recommended taxi service took almost an hour to arrive, so we ended up using Uber instead.

The room was exactly like the pictures, clean, comfortable, and filled with natural light. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tube, buses, pubs, and a supermarket. But what really stood out was the staff, especially Nathan, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. They were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The location of this hotel is brilliant, as it is near to Russell square tube station and situated in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of fun restaurants to explore in the nice area. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable, providing nice views of the city from the penthouse.

The staff's attitude was appalling, which affected the overall experience.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape in a spacious apartment. the beds were comfortable and the apartment was impeccably clean. We enjoyed the large terrace, which offered a great view and was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. We also appreciated the little touches, like the availability of a tower fan in each room. the location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and easy access to public transportation.

The only minor issue was that the second bedroom was a bit small and it was a bit difficult to separate the twin beds. However, this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the apartment.
