The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, from the receptionist to Catherine, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel also had great facilities like a flat-screen TV, a lift, a dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in the city.

We stayed at Sonder The Bard for a week and it was perfect for our needs. The location was ideal and we appreciated the kitchen appliances and provided products. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a comfortable living room/kitchen setup. The secure entrance and good wifi connection were also a plus. Check-in was fast and easy, and the staff was friendly. We also loved having a small balcony for my husband to smoke on. a great stay.

I recently stayed at Sonder The Bard for a vacation in London. Our stay was for a week, and we were delighted by several aspects of the hotel. the location was perfect, within walking distance to popular tourist spots such as Cambridge Circus, Trafalgar Square, and the British Museum. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near an underground station and several bus stops. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the room exceeded our expectations in terms of spaciousness and functionality. Lastly, the check-in experience was fantastic, as our room was ready early and we were allowed to check in before the standard time.

Despite a few minor issues like a loose toilet seat and slow hot water in the bathroom basins, the overall experience was great. The staff was attentive and fixed any problems quickly.
