Lovely apartment, everything we needed. Check-in was great, with a helpful receptionist assisting us and providing a luggage trolley for our extra baggage. The apartment had nice touches like L'Occitane toiletries and starter groceries. a 5-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Manchester that exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, right next to Piccadilly Gardens and close to the city centre, yet surprisingly quiet at night. The room was spacious, with plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. The staff were excellent, providing great service and being extremely helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

One minor drawback was the lack of coffee satchets in the room, but this was easily remedied by popping out to a nearby café.

The apartments were modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff, especially Jack, provided excellent customer service. The location was convenient and easy to find. The apartment was well-equipped with necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

We had a pleasant stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the centre of Piccadilly made it convenient for us to explore the city. The room was fully furnished and had great amenities such as ironing facilities, a sitting area, and an in-room safe. We were also impressed with the free Wi-Fi in the room and the nice touch of complimentary toiletries. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, addressing any minor issues we had with promptness and attentiveness. we were very comfortable and enjoyed our time here.

There were a few small areas for improvement. We would have liked to see a wider range of toiletries, including body lotion.

Loved the homey vibe and great location. the apartment was spotless and came with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Complementary washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets were a plus, while the warm welcome package and thoughtful “sorry to see you leave” card added a personal touch.

The breakfast pack could have been better as it lacked variety, and it would have been great if the towels were a bit cleaner. However, these were minor issues that didn’t detract from an overall great experience.

The location of this hotel was perfect, within walking distance of pretty much everything, which was ideal. The staff were incredibly helpful and did their best to ensure that we had a great experience during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge shower that was a nice touch. We also appreciated the refreshments and the availability of cleaning supplies in the apartment.

That the bedroom was a bit cramped, with not much room to move around the bed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the central location of Cove Minshull Street. It made exploring the city of Manchester so convenient. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment during my stay. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils, ensuring that I had everything I needed for meal preparation. The availability of milk, coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits, and muesli was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was spacious and the whole apartment was kept very clean. The addition of fans in both the living room and bedroom helped keep the apartment cool during warm nights. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep.

Although my overall experience was positive, there were a few minor shortcomings.
