We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable room, and the location right on the sea front and near the famous pier at Penarth was superb. The staff at the hotel were friendly, approachable, and really helpful throughout our stay.

My stay at Beachcliff Rooms & Apartments was fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a lovely bath and shower. I especially enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to town. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the small TV and the leaky bath, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Room was cold on arrival and took a long time to heat up. Inconvenient check-in process without a reception desk.

We stayed at a lovely hotel with a brilliant location right on the seafront. Our room had a comfortable double bed, good quality bedding, and a nice tea tray. Despite being a smaller back bedroom with no view, it was warm and cozy. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed great views of the seafront from our room and appreciated the well-equipped facilities.

I stayed at Beachcliff for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. The staff went out of their way to arrange a stronger wifi signal for me for my online teaching session. The view from the apartment was incredible, feeling like I was on a liner. Despite the cafes and restaurants below, there was surprisingly little noise. The location was great, with easy access to a Danish bakery and a peaceful morning on Penarth Pier. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was a pleasant surprise.

entrance gate confusing and not welcoming

The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the sea and pier. The room itself had attractive decor and was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The location was great, with easy access to local bars, restaurants, and cafes along the promenade. It was also convenient to have delivery services from local restaurants available. The communication from the hotel was excellent, making the check-in and check-out process seamless.

There was no parking facility available. It was quite inconvenient to find parking along the promenade, especially with luggage, as it was all built up on a steep hill.
