Modern and well-decorated accommodation with easy access and secure entry. Comfy bed and convenient parking. Nice communal kitchen with good facilities. Great for exploring an attractive town.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the modern interior and nice decor. The self check-in process with the keypad made me feel safe and secure. I was glad to have a fan provided in the room. Having parking available was also a plus.

The bathroom in one of the rooms didn't have toilet tissue, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the noise from the kitchen, as well as the sounds from the bathroom, came through the walls into my room, making it difficult to sleep.

I recently stayed at the Sallow Tree House Self Catering in Selby and had a wonderful experience. The owners were extremely helpful and polite, making check-in a breeze. The modern and clean rooms were a delight, with the beds being very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Selby center. I was pleasantly surprised by the communal kitchen and lounge, equipped with ample facilities for guests. Additionally, the secure storage area for my bike was a great convenience. a lovely little house that exceeded my expectations.

The room was clean and tidy with a good decor. We were pleased to find a small kitchenette in our room with a fridge and microwave, which was a nice added bonus. The manager we met was friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in half an hour early. The on-suite bathroom was fine and overall the room was comfortable.

There were a couple of minor issues that affected our stay. we would have appreciated a few more amenities in the room, such as a fan and an additional cup.
