Staff very helpful. Spacious apartment with lovely balcony for summer. Surprisingly peaceful even though near main high street. Excellent transport links and great local restaurants/amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at Sanctum Maida Vale. the one-bedroom apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and super clean. the kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven was a great addition after weeks of traveling. the location was excellent, with easy access to bus lines and both underground and aboveground railways. We also appreciated the proximity to shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. it was the perfect choice for our needs, providing more space and the convenience of preparing our own meals.

The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to supermarkets and cafes nearby.- The 24-hour reception desk was a great convenience, allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out.

The staff at reception seemed uninterested and bored during check-in and check-out. It would have been nice to receive a warm welcome and have a more friendly interaction.

The location is perfect with nearby amenities like Starbucks, Tesco, and restaurants. There is easy access to transportation with bus stops and train stations close by. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and cleaned daily. The place is quiet and peaceful. The balconies, although small, are nice.

Felt safe and secure, no complaints whatsoever.
