The value for money was excellent, with a delightful and peaceful room, fluffy towels and the comfiest beds I've ever slept on. The hotel's central location and complementary pool room were a bonus. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, ensuring a quick and easy check-in process.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more information provided about the hotel facilities, such as a guest info pack in the room. It would have been helpful to know about the lovely courtyard area beforehand as we ended up dining outside instead of enjoying the hotel's own restaurant.

The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, with beautiful lighting and luxurious bathrooms. The overall experience was one that I will always remember. I highly recommend this unique, boutique hotel.

Sanderson was great value for money, with spacious and comfortable rooms that were exactly as seen online. The location was excellent, within walking distance to Oxford Street and Regents Park. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, with Jose even allowing me to practice my Spanish with him.

The breakfast selection could be improved, perhaps by adding more variety to the menu or offering additional options.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, offering a view of the city skyline. The service from the friendly and helpful reception team is outstanding. The breakfast is on par with a high caliber stand alone restaurant, offering a range of options to satisfy all tastes.

The decor in the hotel is slightly dated, not as impressive as the other high-end hotels in the area.

My husband and I had a fantastic weekend at Sanderson! We were greeted with a lovely welcome back card and a surprise bowl of delicious fruit in our upgraded room. The beautiful courtyard with butterflies, parrots, and exotic flowers added to the stunning atmosphere. We enjoyed tapas and champagne at the Long Bar, and breakfast was impeccable. The billiard room was a great way to end an amazing evening. The hotel's location on quiet Berners St was a real oasis, yet still close to shopping on Oxford Street and Bond Street. We can't wait to book our next stay!

The hotel's decor is quirky and interesting, with a touch of madness in the lifts. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was excellent, and the bar staff were friendly. We also loved the free glass of champagne on arrival and the supremely polite doormen. A special shoutout to Andrea on reception, who went above and beyond by sending a bottle of wine to our room on my birthday. So kind and thoughtful.

I got great value for my money with an upgrade to a Loft Suite at a small surcharge. The room was enormous and beautifully designed. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring central London, and the staff treated us like royalty.

The food at the hotel was absolutely out of this world, and we also enjoyed relaxing massages at the spa. The hotel had a modern and luxurious design, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was excellent, within walking distance to Regent Street, Selfridges, Soho, and Tottenham Court Road. We also loved the unique experience of dining in the garden surrounded by pink flamingos.

As a lone business woman traveler, I was thrilled with the attentive service at this hotel. From accommodating my need for an adapter to the friendly staff at the lifts who greeted me with champagne, they made me feel welcome. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Oxford Street and close to major attractions. The room had a fun and stylish vibe, with trendy colors and contemporary lighting. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the in-house restaurant was outstanding.

I had a fabulous stay at Sanderson and was blown away by the amazing design elements throughout the hotel. The stained glass and unique lobby really made a lasting impression. The room itself was perfect - clean, spacious, and had a romantic ambiance with the beautiful drapes and curtains. I enjoyed drinks at both the Long Bar and the Purple Bar, each with their own distinct atmosphere. The breakfast at the restaurant was also top-notch. I had a magical weekend at Sanderson and can't wait to return. Despite these positives, I did find that the complimentary amenities didn't quite match the quality of the hotel, which could have improved the value for money aspect. However, this minor gripe aside, I highly recommend this unique and wonderful hotel.

The hotel exterior may not be impressive, but once inside, the quirky and tasteful decor is a pleasant surprise. the staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile. the Mad Hatters afternoon tea was a fabulous experience, with lovely presentation and delicious food. They even accommodated our gluten-free request without any issues. A great treat for any occasion.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms was a major concern. They were extremely dirty and seemed neglected by the housekeeping staff.

The Purple Bar was a delightful space for residents, and the Long Bar was perfect for people-watching. The hotel's location is great for shopping and nightlife, and the afternoon tea was a true delight.
