I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were great, including a fully stocked bar and complimentary products in the shower. The location couldn't have been better - it was near the beach and between both piers, making it easy to access all the best entertainment in this city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available when needed. The breakfast was amazing, offering both great quality and quantity. The parking was convenient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel.

On a brighter note, the hotel's location was ideal, situated between South and Central pier near St Chad's tram stop. It was convenient for visiting popular attractions and clubs. The cosy room had a nice appearance and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous and the hotel had a lovely little bar.

The room we stayed in had stains on the pillowcases and mattress. The toilet was also dirty and covered in limescale.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Benson. The room was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The highlight of our stay was their adorable little puppy. The bed was mega comfy with a memory foam topper, and the hallways were in excellent condition. We enjoyed the generous tea and coffee tray in the room. everything was great and we would definitely recommend Benson to friends and family.

The hotel was in a great location, right on the Promenade and close to everything. It was in a nice quiet area, perfect for a peaceful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfy bed and modern bathroom. The owners were friendly and helpful, always there when I needed them.
