The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of all the shops and bars in the area. The rooms are well-furnished and comfortable, with a nice view of the stadium. The bathroom is clean and modern, providing a pleasant experience. The service is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a good selection and is served with friendly service. the hotel provides a comfortable and convenient experience.

There was a minor issue with the lighting in the room, making it difficult for some guests to do their makeup.

Good location close to shopping, Rail Station, and China Town. Large and comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious food at Shark Bar. Complimentary tea/coffee 24/7 is a nice touch.

We had the most amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better, right next to the university and opposite the football ground and metro station. It was perfect for exploring all the local attractions. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, a microwave, and a comfortable sitting area. The best part was definitely the incredible mattress - it gave us the best night's sleep we've had in ages! We were so impressed that we even got the details so we can get one for ourselves.

We appreciated the complimentary snacks and water in the room upon arrival, as well as the complimentary breakfast in the morning. The hotel had a convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds.

The noise level was high, especially during the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We also had trouble with the temperature control in the room, as the air conditioning did not work properly.

The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and approachable - the highlight of our stay. The hotel facilities, including the updated bar, were great. The location near St James's Park and the city centre was very convenient.

I stayed at Sandman Signature for a weekend getaway and it was fantastic. The room on the 9th floor offered a stunning view and had all the amenities I needed, including blackout blinds and a comfortable bed. The in-room dining was delicious and arrived promptly. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the security officer who gave me directions to Chinatown. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the city and right across from the metro. Great Experience and Exceptional Service

We had a lovely weekend overall at Sandman Signature. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel had a modern and smart décor, which we found very impressive. The room itself was excellent, offering plenty of facilities and a luxurious bathroom with heated towel rails. We were also pleased to find out that the hotel was part of the Canadian hotel chain we remembered from our time in Canada.

The room exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, spaciousness, and great view. The hotel's location was perfect, easy to find and within a short walk to everything. The staff provided excellent service and were quick to help with friendly and polite demeanor. They even allowed us to check in early, making us feel truly welcomed.

The signature room was absolutely perfect for our stay, with a super comfy bed and a luxurious walk-in shower. We were pleasantly surprised to find a microwave in the room as well. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, the perfect way to start the day.

The rooms were pretty small and lacked coffee, which was annoying. We also struggled with the limited plug sockets next to the bed.
