We really enjoyed our stay at Sands Farm Cottages. The lounge was comfortable and the hot tub was an added bonus!

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful, clean, and spacious cottage. Julie and Andy, our hosts, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. From the breakfasts to the amazing Thai buffet, every meal was delicious. The highlight of our stay was the private hot tub, which we had ample time to enjoy until 11pm. The kids loved the games room and the toys provided. We were also grateful for the owner's suggestions on where to walk our dog. We can't recommend this place enough - Julie and Andy are doing a great job!

I recently stayed at a beautiful, spacious cottage called Poppy Cottage. It was a perfect size for a couple, dogs, or young children. The hosts, Andy and Julie, were incredibly friendly, helpful. They provided everything we could ask for and more. The cottage had a lovely private enclosed rear garden with a fantastic hot tub, which was exclusively for our use. The location of the cottage was excellent for exploring the Yorkshire Moors National Park. We also had the pleasure of trying Julie's delicious and great value homemade Thai meals. we had a warm and comfortable stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Andy and Julie!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

The location was ideal, with easy access to beautiful villages and Dalby Forest. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere was a major plus. The hot tub was a great feature that we thoroughly enjoyed.

There were some issues with the bathroom, including mold and wood rot near the bath. Additionally, the weak water pressure made it difficult to have the hot power showers we were expecting.

The cottages were impressive, with a high standard of renovation and spaciousness. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our party, providing lovely food and decorations for our wedding reception in the barn. The peaceful location offered plenty of nearby attractions to explore. The private hot tub in Poppy Cottage was perfect for winding down, and the hosts, Andy and Julie, were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They even offered a delicious homemade Thai curry evening, delivered right to our door.

Felt lucky, nothing was too much trouble.
