The value for money at this hotel was fantastic! The room was absolutely superb, with a super comfy bed and a powerful shower. The location was great too, with beautiful surroundings and some amazing attractions nearby. The staff treated us like royalty, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if it was included in the price of the stay.

the attention to detail was impeccable, from the beautifully presented room to the comfortable bed. and the pre breakfast tray with fresh croissants and hot beverages was a lovely touch. definitely a five-star experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, with fresh croissants and delicious tea and coffee delivered to my room in the morning. The hotel is located just a short walk from the beach, making it the perfect location for a beach getaway.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with beautiful gardens across the street and the beach just a stone's throw away. We enjoyed the novelty of having dinner in the restaurant and being able to take a leisurely stroll on the beach afterwards. The room was well-decorated and the bathroom was clean, with modern amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were accommodating to my gluten allergy. The breakfast tray delivered to our room was a lovely touch.

We were disappointed to find that certain room facilities were missing, such as the double sink, robes, and slippers. The mini bar was also misleading, as it only contained milk.

The staff were all polite, friendly, and helpful, especially the lady at breakfast who lived across the road from the hotel. the breakfast itself was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs. the bed was comfy and the towels, sheets, and toiletries were all of luxury quality. the attention to detail and high standard of finishing touches throughout the hotel were impressive.

The pillows could have been better, it would have been nice to have a thicker or extra pillow available in the wardrobe. it would have been great to have shower gel or bubble bath provided to use in the lovely bath.

sandy mount house was an absolute gem! from the friendly staff and adorable pet-friendly amenities to the beautifully decorated rooms and relaxing atmosphere, our stay exceeded all expectations. the morning tray with hot drinks and pastries was a superb touch. we can't wait to return!
