Loved the character of the building, felt like I traveled back in time! The airport is conveniently close, so I can escape this place easily. Appreciated having towels, so I didn't have to bring my own from home.

Oh, how I adore ovens, dining areas, and kitchenware in buildings dating from the 19th century. It's such a shame that the tourist information centre is only a stone's throw away and Dalby Forest is just a short drive.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, as it is conveniently situated near central Scarborough and also close to the beaches. Guests can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and other attractions in the town center. the apartment is in close proximity to the beach and shops, providing easy access for families with kids.

It was mentioned in one review that the parking permits for the apartment were a bit of trouble to obtain for overseas visitors.

I recently stayed at Granby House Holiday Apartments, Apartment 2, Formerly Sandy Palms in Scarborough for a weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the shops, beach front, and even the open-air theatre. The apartment itself had everything we needed, with super comfortable beds and a surprisingly cozy sofa bed. The attention to detail was evident with sweet little touches like the cute lighthouse lamp in the twin room and the beachy blue and white colors throughout. I would definitely return!
