We had such a great value for our money at Sandy Toes! The room was absolutely lovely, with a comfy bed and beautiful stained glass windows in the hallway. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The staff, especially Karim, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with some extra coffee and a small bottle of milk. Also, it would have been nice to have soft pillows on the garden furniture for a more comfortable evening under the stars.

I had a fantastic stay at Sandy Toes! The accommodation was modern, clean, and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was ideal for me as it allowed me to easily visit my family. The hosts were amazing, providing helpful recommendations and making me feel welcome. The little details in the decor, like the whales in the bathroom and the lights in the garden, added a magical touch. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

While my stay was mostly perfect, there were a few minor suggestions I have. It would have been nice to have bigger pillows for the furniture in the garden to make it even more comfortable.

We had a truly fabulous stay at this beautiful modern property! The hosts at Sandy Toes were wonderful, friendly, and added to our experience. The place was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was stylish and contemporary. We loved the use of the small patio garden with table and chairs for alfresco eating and relaxing. The location was perfect, with a short stroll to the beach and the high street facilities of Southbourne. We really look forward to returning to this fabulous property anytime of the year!

Short walk to the sea, and plenty of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Quiet and easy parking. Comfortable and modern decor. Very comfy sofa!

TV channels weren't working properly and the digital taps in the kitchen and bathroom didn't come up to temperature. The heating options were not sufficient for the winter months and the tiled flooring made it even colder.

The location is perfect, with a short stroll to both the beach and the high street facilities in Southbourne. The kitchen is superbly equipped and the bathroom is stylish and contemporary. We also enjoyed the semi-private outdoor space, perfect for alfresco dining or relaxing. Sandy Toes provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!
