The jacuzzi was a great addition, especially on a rainy weekend. The seclusion of the Country Club and its lovely location made it a peaceful and quiet stay. Special mention to Paul, who even borrowed golf clubs for my dad to enjoy a round of golf. The lodge was also decorated for my birthday, making it a little more special.

That we had booked a larger lodge with three bedrooms, but the hot tub was not working, resulting in us being accommodated in a smaller lodge with only two bedrooms. This meant that two members of our party had to share a bed, which was slightly inconvenient.

The lodge itself was spotless and had beautiful decor. It was incredibly cozy with plenty of space. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and taking in the peaceful surroundings. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, with the nearest shop just a short drive away. We will definitely be returning, whether it's with friends or just the two of us.
