We had a perfect work trip at Sapphire House. The apartment was clean, with lovely showers and a nice seating area. There was plenty of parking and lots of food delivery options.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The owner was very communicative and the location was great with beautiful views. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and the utensils provided were ideal. We highly recommend this apartment for its excellent value for money. The hotel facilities, including the laundry rooms with free access to washing machines and dryers on each floor, were also impressive. The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding, with a hoover and cleaning products provided.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sapphire House Apartments in Telford. The apartment was very modern, clean and spacious, with a lovely shower that made me feel like I was in a fancy hotel. The seating area was comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was also great, with plenty of parking and lots of options for food delivery. I will definitely be returning soon!

That the walls were quite thin, so I could hear noise from the neighbors. But that's just a minor inconvenience compared to all the wonderful things about this place.

The apartment was modern and clean, with a fantastic shower. the kitchen was well-equipped and the overall size of the apartment was spacious.

The shower/bath was broken and made loud noises during the night, leading to sleep disruption. the handle eventually broke off completely, and as there was no individual water supply, the entire apartment was without water.

The location of the apartment is out of the way, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. With great views, it offers a serene environment for families. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with ideal utensils, perfect for preparing meals. The apartment is always maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, providing a pleasant and hygienic environment. the free access to washing machines and dryers in the laundry rooms is a convenient facility for guests.

The bathroom needs a better extraction system, as it can get steamy and difficult to dry off quickly.

We had a fantastic stay at Sapphire House Apartments. The kitchen was amazing and the entire place was very clean. Although there was no walk-in shower, the owner made sure to accommodate us as it was the last available room. The location was great, close to Comic Con which was a bonus. I would stay here again, with the only drawback being the lack of a walk-in shower.
