The location of the apartment is excellent, right in the centre of town and very near the station. It is a short walk to the Morningside Arena and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The flat itself is spacious and spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The shower is hot and the towels provided are fluffy, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.

There were a few issues with maintenance in the apartment, such as faulty soap dispensers and leaking shower hose.

The location of this apartment was outstanding, being right in the heart of the city and very close to the train station. The cleanliness was impeccable, and all the rooms had their own bathrooms. The hotel facilities were basic but sufficient, and I particularly appreciated the availability of a washing machine. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with the manager, Sanjay, being quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

As a budget traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center and within walking distance of the main attractions. The rooms were massive and came with their own ensuite bathrooms, providing a sense of privacy and convenience. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great, complete with toiletries provided. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and even came with thoughtful extras like tea towels and washing up liquid. the customer care was exceptional, with prompt responses and helpful assistance when needed.

The cleanliness of some areas, particularly the bathrooms, left something to be desired.

The rooms were complete with en-suite bathrooms, which was a convenient feature. The location was great, with easy access to the city center and attractions. The security at the hotel was top-notch, offering peace of mind during the stay.

The vertical blinds in the room were old and broken, and there were scorch marks on them from the electric heater. This made me hesitant to leave the heater on while sleeping, especially since it was the only source of warmth in the room.

We had a great stay at Sav Apartments Rutland. the host was really helpful, bringing us an extra plug-in heater when we requested it. the two bathrooms were a bonus, and there was plenty of wardrobe space. We liked having TVs in the rooms and the kitchen, and the washing machine was a convenient feature. the heating system worked well, keeping us warm throughout our stay. Plus, the excellent central location made it easy to explore the city. With key code access, we didn't have to worry about losing keys. the Wi-Fi was better than expected, and it was generally quiet, except for one moment due to other guests in the building.
