Lovely New Year break in the Lakes! Staff was amazing, always ready to help and welcoming, really made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of options, perfect for a day full of adventure in the snow. The room was cosy and clean, and the view of the nearby river was beautiful. The location was also great being close to the bus stop and some hiking trails.

Wi-Fi was weak in some parts of the hotel, making it difficult to stay connected during our stay. The restaurant was good, but the dinner menu lacked some variety.
