The spaciousness of Scotston Villa was impressive, with well-sized bedrooms and a large enclosed garden for our dogs. We were relieved when the host rescued us after our daughter accidentally locked one of the bedrooms. Although we didn't have time to use them, the hot tub and Wii were appealing for longer stays.

The limited number of plates and inadequate kitchen utensils were also drawbacks. Additionally, some furniture seemed worn out, and the welcome pack contained incorrect information.
