Conveniently located near the beach and within walking distance to nearby town. Friendly host who provided helpful local recommendations.

The cottage was well equipped and very clean. Tea, etc., biscuits, milk, and orange juice were provided and were very thoughtful. The bed was really comfy and the cottage peaceful. The location next to the shore was excellent and the cottage was dog friendly. Vera, the host, was very friendly and helpful.

The shower pull cord was too short for a short person to use comfortably. Walking to the village pub was difficult when the tide was in, as the road was unsuitable for walking.

The two pubs in the village were welcoming and served great pub grub. Tea, biscuits, milk, and orange juice provided were a thoughtful touch.

In the morning, if you're in the front bedroom, it can get a bit noisy due to road and farm sounds. However, this was not a major issue as the comfort of the beds made it easy to fall back asleep after a peaceful rest.
