Sharon, the landlady, was incredibly friendly and helpful. the accommodation was top-notch, with airy and fresh rooms that had balconies offering stunning sea views. We woke up to the perfect sight of Looe island from our room. the breakfast options were fantastic, and the service was faultless. the staff member who served us was cheerful and always up for a chat. the room itself was excellent, well-stocked with tea, coffee, bathroom supplies, and towels. It was a pleasure to sit on the balcony with a drink, watching the world go by.

The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff, particularly Sharon, the owner, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provide excellent service and are happy to offer recommendations and tips for exploring the area. The rooms are well-maintained and offer the exact sea views that are promised, allowing you to wake up to a fantastic and beautiful view every morning. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, with the full English breakfast being a highlight. It's great to have both meat and vegetarian options available.

We also enjoyed the cozy balcony, where we could relax with a glass of wine and watch the fishing boats return to the harbor. the location was convenient with ample parking. a fantastic experience!

I recently had a fabulous weekend break on the Cornish coast. The B&B I stayed at was in a prime location with stunning sea views. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and served promptly. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The B&B was also conveniently located near the center of town, just a short walk away. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay with a fantastic view.

One drawback was the limited parking available near the B&B, which resulted in having to park a bit further away at times.
