the top floor Seaview room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the ocean. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the property was quiet, clean, and had great facilities. a short 3-minute walk took me to the beach. definitely a place I'd return to.

My partner and I had a delightful 3-night stay at this lovely Guest House. The Deluxe room was clean, well-presented, and had a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The hosts, Katie and Rich, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We loved the optional continental breakfast box and the complimentary afternoon cakes - the Queen's Jubilee trifle pudding was a delicious treat. The location was perfect for exploring the seafront and town center on foot. We can't wait to return to this intimate and attentive oasis.

Owners thought of everything! Super-friendly, always available, and happy to provide whatever we needed to make our stay mind-blowing. Facilities were top-notch, with complimentary tea and homemade cakes that were jaw-dropping. Breakfast on the balcony was exquisite.

Great location with stunning beachfront views. Conveniently close to popular attractions like the Steam Railway Park and Glyndebourne Opera House. Oh, and did I mention the nearby airport? Perfect for a quick getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Seaview Sanctuary. Katie and Rich were amazing hosts, going out of their way to make our stay memorable. The homemade cakes every afternoon were a delicious treat. Our room had a beautiful balcony with a stunning sea view, where we enjoyed our daily breakfast. The decor was tasteful and the room was very clean. Great value for money and exceptional service from Katie and Rich. We will definitely be returning.
