We had a fantastic stay at Seaways! The location was perfect, just a short walk from everything we wanted to do. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel well looked after throughout our stay. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfasts offered a wide variety and were absolutely delicious. We also loved the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel, which made us feel right at home. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location of Seaways was perfect for us as bike riders, with easy access to the town centre and a great beach just minutes away. The hosts, Sarah and Paul, were fantastic and always available with helpful local information. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the rooms had excellent sea views. We were upgraded to a luxury room with a four poster bed, which was a pleasant surprise. Seaways provided a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

stayed in paignton before, but seaways exceeded our expectations on this trip. made friends with other guests, excellent breakfast, helpful owner and family, great base for exploring, close to bus/train station.

This hotel was a fantastic find! The value for money was exceptional, with prices that were very reasonable for what was on offer. The attention to detail was evident throughout - from the clean and well-maintained rooms with a great view over the seafront, to the basic amenities like the kitchenette, everything was thoughtfully provided. The location was simply perfect, with the hotel being situated virtually on the seafront and just a few hundred yards away from the main town. It was great to have a beautiful beach right opposite the hotel, and the convenience of shops, bus station, and rail station just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. And to top it all off, we had a delicious breakfast included in our daily rate.

Nothing to improve - all was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay by the seafront in Paignton. The location was perfect, with the beach right in front of us. We enjoyed strolling along the coast and watching the steam trains pass by. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The friendly staff made our stay even better, providing excellent service. The delicious breakfast provided a wide variety of options. We also loved the stunning view from our room, overlooking the beautiful harbour.

The seagulls could be a bit noisy at times.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel during our New Year's stay. the location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the harbor and with lovely walks nearby. the room was cleaned every day and had fresh towels, and the bed was really comfortable. the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Plus, the breakfast options were great, with plenty of choices and a delicious cooked breakfast.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the décor in the hotel was a bit tired and dated, which could use some updating.

We had a fantastic time during our city break! the room we booked was in a great location, walking distance to both the bus and train stations, making it easy to explore the area. we loved the fact that our room had a beautiful sea view; it was the perfect way to start our day. the breakfast served in the hotel was also excellent, with a great selection of dishes to choose from.

We did experience a bit of noise during our stay due to some external work being carried out in the area. It was only a minor inconvenience, but it did affect our overall experience.

During our stay at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by Paul and Sarah. Their friendliness instantly made us feel relaxed and at home. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, being near the harbor and just a short stroll to the pier. Our family room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The owners even went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute request to change rooms when they realized we had a buggy. We were grateful for their effort in making our holiday go smoothly. Another highlight was the delicious daily breakfast, especially the full English. They also had a kids corner, which was a brilliant addition to our stay. everything was great, from the smooth check-in with Pam and her adorable little French bulldog to the outstanding service provided by Paul and Sarah. We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Seaways.
