Convenient location and friendly staff. The room had a coffee machine and fresh milk. The courtyard was a nice place to sit and relax.

Despite the friendliness of the staff, the room was small and in need of renovation. The bathroom was not clean and the bed was uncomfortable.

Great location, with easy parking and close to local pubs and restaurants. The breakfasts were delicious and served with unlimited hot drinks and juice. The rooms had a cozy and nostalgic feel, like visiting grandparents, and had nice features like window seats.

The lack of a shower in the rooms was a downside for us, as we prefer the convenience and quickness of a shower over taking a bath. It would have been a useful addition to the room.

The breakfast was fantastic, with the option of extra toast or drinks. The location was great, right on the main street and close to the waterfall walk. The owner thought of everything to make the stay comfortable, including a good supply of toiletries and nice touches like chocolate bars with the tea/coffee facilities.

It was a bit difficult to find the car park, a sign would have been helpful.

Exceptional service, friendly owner and daughter provided helpful information. Lovely garden centre with beautiful plants. Tastefully renovated accommodation, fresh milk, coffee machine, choc bar, fluffy towels. Delicious full English breakfast with fresh local produce. Highly recommended, will return soon.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a charming village, surrounded by quaint little shops and beautiful countryside. The attention to detail is evident in the clean and comfortable rooms, complete with extras like a mini fridge in the wardrobe for milk. The bed, oh, so comfy, ensures a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom is equipped with a relaxing bath. The breakfast, prepared by the very genial host, is a treat beyond compare.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely guest house. From the moment I arrived, Adrian, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room I stayed in, the honeysuckle room, was cozy and clean with beautiful original features, such as a fireplace. The bed was comfortable and the bedding smelled nice. The room also had a great view of the charming village. I loved the little touches, like the fresh milk in the fridge and the proper coffee machine. The TV even had Netflix, perfect for a relaxed evening in. The traditional breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection with high-quality bacon and sausages. I highly recommend Seed Hill Guest House for a warm and character-filled stay.
