I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Llandudno, and I must say, it was a truly luxurious experience. The location of this place is so convenient, with the town center, pier, and beach just a short walk away. The staff and owner were incredibly polite and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was absolutely lovely, with a comfortable bed, clean decor, and even a cozy sofa to relax on. The amenities in the room were great, with an electric kettle, tea, coffee, and even extra pillows available. The hot electric shower in the bathroom was a nice touch, ensuring a refreshing start to my day. And let's not forget about the scrumptious breakfast - it was absolutely fabulous!

During our stay, we found the hotel's location to be very convenient. It was close to all the attractions and within walking distance to the town centre. The tram also ran nearby, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the sea. Although the hotel had ample parking space, it was a bit tricky to navigate within the parking lines.

My partner and I recently stayed at a charming hotel in North Wales for a week and had a fantastic time. The room we booked was described as a small double, but to our surprise, it was quite spacious with a separate bathroom that had a great shower. The breakfast offered at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options including cereals, fruits, yogurt, and even a continental choice. We were also pleased with the ample parking spaces available, as parking in the area can be quite limited. The highlight of our stay was the friendly and helpful service from Jade in the restaurant. She always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Although we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, there were a few minor downsides. Our room did not have a good view and overlooked a small run-down courtyard.

Stayed in room 16 on top floor. Nicely decorated room with quirky porthole window and views over Llandudno. Good choice at breakfast, WIFI worked well when needed and generally very pleasant stay. Good location, approx. 5 min steady walk to tramway station and top end of Mostyn Ave, 10 min walk to pier. Car park a godsend as streets generally very busy for parking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from my first-floor bedroom window was amazing - I could see both the town and the sea in two directions. The location was perfect, as it was really close to Conway but without all the traffic. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed and a spacious room with plenty of storage. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bathroom had ample space for all my toiletries. The staff at breakfast were friendly, attentive, and the food was delicious. Having parking facilities was a great bonus, as parking can be difficult in this city.

The hotel is located on a steep hill which can be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues and the stairs to higher floors can be a bit daunting. Also, the hot water in the bathroom took a while to run hot, which was a bit frustrating.
