The location was perfect for exploring the city as it was close to everything we needed. The room in the lovely house was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the park facing the street. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing printing services and giving great recommendations for local places to eat and drink. The breakfast selection was excellent and provided a good start to the day.

The Christmas decorations in the common areas were quite nice, and the free mulled wine and mince pies were a nice touch. the location was great for exploring the city, with several bars and restaurants within walking distance. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We didn't feel particularly welcomed by the staff. It seemed like we were an inconvenience to them.
