We had a lovely weekend away in Southend on Sea to see the fireworks, and the hotel we stayed in was great! The location was excellent, making it easy for us to get to everything from the station. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the restaurant had a fabulous selection of vegetarian and vegan options, which was a pleasant surprise.

The room could have been better, with some broken items and noisy boiler.

The hotel is ideally located near a concert venue and an open plan area with a bar, making it convenient for entertainment. The rooms are comfortable with high-quality linen and some offer stunning views of the sea. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious, and there are several easy-to-clean areas throughout the hotel, which is great for families with children.

The sink in the bathroom is too low, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

The hotel's location in the perfect location right near the seafront was fantastic. The staff were super helpful and went beyond their call of duty.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. We also loved the excellent location, which allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area. The view from the front of the hotel over the pier and estuary was absolutely stunning. our stay at Seven was enjoyable and we would recommend it.

From the moment I checked in, they were attentive and accommodating. I even had the opportunity to upgrade to one of their top floor suites at a reduced rate, which had a magnificent view and a charming little balcony. The hotel's restaurant was impressive, with a relaxed atmosphere and a delicious afternoon tea. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty, and the scones were served warm - a real treat! The breakfast in the morning was also delightful, with a great selection of dishes and beautiful presentation. the staff's attention to detail and the quality of the services provided made my stay here truly memorable.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach and close to all the local attractions. The views were absolutely fabulous, and I enjoyed relaxing in the spacious lounge area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delicious selection and was beautifully presented.

Stunning sea view. Clean, modern room with spacious bathroom. Lovely birthday display by friendly cleaners. Great location, a short walk from the city center and train station. Exquisite dishes served in the excellent value restaurant. Comfy atmosphere and free pastries with coffee.

The bed was comfortable and the interior of the room modern and clean. the Terrace bar had great food, although a bit pricey, the fresh baked bread, brie, and whitebait were all delicious and highly recommended. the heated floor tiles in the bathroom were also a nice touch.

The bathroom tiles needed some upkeep, and the shower taps on the wall being located separately from the shower were a bit odd. the older man greeting us seemed arrogant and when we ordered relatively simple breakfast items, he made a derogatory comment about our order to the kitchen staff.

The location was great, being close to the train station and the beach. the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. the bar at the hotel was a lovely spot for a late night drink, adding to the overall experience.

The rooms turned out to be much smaller than expected, despite being upgraded to a larger room. there were some maintenance issues, such as stains on the carpet and loose tiles in the bathroom.

The value for money was great, with a clean and spacious room. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the seafront and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel had a large spacious room with a comfortable bed and a view of the car park. The full English breakfast was perfect and reasonably priced. The location was convenient for those attending shows at Cliffs Pavilion.
