We come to this hotel yearly as it's a convenient location for visiting relatives in the Fylde area. The room was comfortable, and we slept well apart from the first night where it seemed very hot despite the radiator being off. The bathroom was blazing, so we turned it off!! After that, everything was good. The view over the car park towards the bridge is always interesting, and we love watching the wildlife. We enjoyed our meals here, although they were perhaps a little pricey!! The efforts to decorate the bar/restaurant area were appreciated, as it was very festive and in keeping with the decor. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and polite. It's nice to see familiar faces. This place is always our first choice when visiting the area.

The bed was extremely comfortable, en-suite bath, friendly and helpful staff, well-appointed location for exploring the Fylde coast, high cleanliness standards, excellent meals.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel situated on the stunning shore of the River Wyre. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with the hotel nestled right on the estuary of the river. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the staff and offered a refreshing welcome drink. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee making facilities. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the sitting area and taking in the beautiful views from the terrace, which was furnished with comfortable garden furniture. The hotel also provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV, ensuring our comfort and entertainment throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel owner went above and beyond by personally driving me to the train station when my cab was running late. The location, food, and service were exceptional, making my stay truly memorable.

Over Easter, we stayed at a well-situated hotel that was perfect for our needs. the check-in process was quick and easy. the room was clean and tidy, with some lovely beers available at the hotel bar. the breakfast was well-prepared and filling, which we appreciated.

It was a standard double, which wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped. We also noticed an off-putting smell on the landing outside our room, which was unfortunate.
