The location of the hotel is fantastic, with beautiful views and a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel is close to Duxford airfield, allowing guests to enjoy the sights and sounds of the aircraft. The area where we were seated for dinner provided a lovely view outside in front of the bandstand on the river, creating a picturesque dining experience. the breakfast area by the pond was a charming place to start the day.

The room was up two flights of stairs, which may be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues.

We had a fantastic stay at Sheene Mill! The location was easy to get to and the grounds, set alongside a river, were absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The highlight, however, was the food. Both the restaurant meals and the wedding reception dishes were absolutely amazing. The chef truly deserves our sincerest compliments. To top it off, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Sheene Mill to other couples looking for a romantic getaway.

De locatie van het hotel was geweldig, vlakbij de Universiteit van Tilburg en dicht bij het bos. Het was een genot om 's ochtends een wandeling te maken door de prachtige Oude Warande, een park dat al in 1712 is ontworpen en gebouwd.

Helaas was het receptiepersoneel niet altijd even vriendelijk, wat een beetje afbreuk deed aan de over het algemeen geweldige ervaring.

the christmas party at sheene mill was out of this world. the atmosphere, decorations, live band, food, wine, and especially the staff were all amazing. it felt like a fine dining restaurant. a fantastic night that exceeded expectations.
