Great value for money and convenient location! The rooms were spotless and the daily towel and tea replenishment was much appreciated. The staff was quick to rectify any issues we had and were reliable in arranging taxis for us. The room was spacious and had ample storage space for all our belongings. Plus, the daily housekeeping ensured that everything was tidy and clean for our return. Best of all, the price was unbeatable for the quality we received.

The noise from outside was a bit of a nuisance and the lack of double glazing made it more noticeable. Plus, the banging fire doors weren't exactly quiet.

Additionally, the location was convenient, as it was close to the football ground and a short distance from tourist attractions like the Albert Docks and the shopping center. Furthermore, it was situated near Newsham Park, where we enjoyed a spooky ghost walk at the old hospital.
