I recently stayed at a lovely guest house close to the town centre. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the main part of town and right by the bridge. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the river and bridge. The room itself was bright, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom, although small, was adequate and impeccably maintained. The service was friendly and attentive, with the owner providing helpful suggestions for places to visit and eat in the area. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The wifi and TV occasionally lost signal, but it didn't have a major impact on my overall experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was right in the center of town, close to the Harbour and just by the bridge to the main part of town. The view from my room was outstanding, and I could sit there all year just looking out of the window. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot-on, with lovely and clean rooms. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the breakfast options were excellent and quickly served, giving me the perfect start to my day.

Comfy bed, friendly staff, decent-sized room with amazing harbor view. Lovely decor, attention to detail, and friendly owners. Comfortable surroundings, welcoming atmosphere, and delicious grilled breakfast. Changing view of the river mouth as the tide shifts.

Stunning location with amazing views of the harbor. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh orange juice and choice of cooked breakfast. Our room had a great view of East Looe and the river. The owner was very friendly and gave us helpful local recommendations. I highly recommend this guest house for a pleasant stay with beautiful views.

The noise from the road and pedestrians could be heard at night, even with the windows shut. However, this is understandable due to its location and wouldn't deter us from recommending the property.

We couldn't get enough of watching the boats go by. the room itself was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning. Another advantage was the convenient location, just a short walk to the restaurants and bars, yet still peaceful for a quiet night's sleep.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the towels provided were a bit on the small side and the water pressure in the shower was low.
