We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with a bus stop right outside and easy access to the city center. The room was clean and comfy, and we appreciated the added amenities like the fridge and microwave. The service was excellent, with the owner being friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection to choose from.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had an incredible stay at a charming guest house in Edinburgh. The room was beautifully furnished and comfortable, and the entire house had a lovely decor. The host was like family, providing us with helpful tips and advice on where to go and what to see. The guest house is located in a charming neighborhood, with beautiful gardens filled with daffodils for a weekend getaway. It's close to the touristy areas and you can easily reach the center of the city within 10 minutes. The rooms are cozy and clean, offering great views from the windows. The bathroom provides a refreshing shower and the breakfast is satisfying with a variety of choices. The host is welcoming and adds a personal touch to your stay.

The beds could use some improvement, as they tend to squeak when you move.

I recently stayed at the lovely Sherwood Guest House for a short trip to Edinburgh. Right from the start, the owners made me feel welcomed and at home. The bedroom was spacious and well-equipped with a safe, fridge, and a selection of tea and coffee. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the bus stop right outside made it easy to explore the city. The quiet back garden view and comfortable beds ensured a peaceful night's sleep. I would definitely recommend Sherwood to friends and family.

Great location, easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. the room was nicely decorated and comfortable. the complimentary toiletries and amenities provided were a nice touch. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The bathroom was a bit tight and could use some renovations.

The value for the price we paid was excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities, including convenient USB plug sockets. The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but with easy access to central Edinburgh thanks to the nearby bus stop. The staff, especially Vivienne, the owner, were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast items could have been more varied.
