The location is fantastic, situated near the river in a lovely area that seems quite up and coming. The rooms are beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, with towels and bathrobes provided for added comfort. The service is exceptional, with young and polite staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is included in the room price and offers a variety of delicious options. The only downside is the noisy delivery from the Co-op at 6am. However, this minor inconvenience does not overshadow the overall positive experience.

Additionally, it is conveniently close to a shopping center and a supermarket for added convenience. The rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable night's sleep, with a great balcony providing views of the marina. The restaurant offers a fantastic Sunday lunch menu with a good selection of meats, and the service is generally good.

While my room had a view of the car park, there were feature rooms available with stunning views of the marina. the restaurant also had fantastic views. the food was delicious, with both lunch and breakfast being a delight. there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, adding to the convenience of the location.

The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated with high ceilings. The staff were extremely friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Our room had a stunning view of the river and the beds were so comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the Historic Dock, Dickens World, and the Dockside Outlet. The room was clean and spacious, with luxurious bedding and fluffy towels. The bar had a great selection of real ales and the breakfast, cooked to order, was absolutely delicious.

We had a really quirky and unusual stay at this boutique hotel located on the marina. the atmosphere was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. the menu at the restaurant was really good, with a variety of choices, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. the view over the Marina from the restaurant was lovely, and the location was nice, with easy access to the university campus and a nearby supermarket. we would definitely recommend staying here and would visit again when in the area.

We recently went on a romantic escape to a hotel located near the historic dockyards and a university campus. the room was tastefully decorated in a nautical style and the view of the marina from the terrace was stunning. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast included in the price, although it would have been even better with fresh fruit and yogurt. the location was also great, with a shopping outlet just a 5-minute walk away.

The outdoor furniture on the balcony could have been better, with only two seat cushions provided and no matching cushions. It would have been nice to have plant pots and heaters for colder nights.
