The cleanliness was impeccable, from the fresh and tidy rooms to the shiny taps in the en-suite bathroom. The carpets and decor looked new and well-maintained. The bedspreads were cream and unmarked, and even ironed! The hotel facilities were great, with amenities such as a hairdryer, towels, TV with good wifi. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including cereals and a tasty full English. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location was ideal, not far from the Eric Morecambe statue and near the center of town. It was also conveniently close to public transportation and had its own car park at the back.

The rooms at the frontside with the view are fantastic, with great attention to detail and comfortable chairs to sit on. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. The breakfast, particularly the mushrooms, is prepared with quality produce and served piping hot on plates. It's evident that the hotel takes pride in offering a memorable stay to its guests.

The view over the bay was beautiful. the breakfasts were nicely cooked and Alan, who served them, was pleasant and helpful. the hotel was in a great location for walking and had easy access to public transportation for day trips to the Lake District. There were also plenty of quality eateries within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel was in need of refurbishment and looked tired. the bathroom in our family room was cramped and had a scruffy appearance.

This hotel exceeded my expectations as a solo traveler. The location is ideal, right on the front across from the beautiful promenade, with stunning views over to The Lake District. The dog-friendly beach is also nearby. The room was very clean and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed. The service from the hosts was great, they were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with options like wholemeal bread. The only negative aspect was the limited wifi access in the room.

We stayed one night as part of our annual motorcycle trip and the hotel provided secure parking for our bikes. The hotel was immaculately clean, thanks to the hard work of Trudi and Alan. Alan was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed drinks and socializing in the evening and the breakfast was high quality with endless coffee, orange juice, and toast. We will definitely return if we're in the area again.
