The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle added to the convenience and comfort of our stay.

It's a shame that there were no subtitles in the rooms. This could have been helpful for those who are hard of hearing or prefer to watch TV with subtitles.

The Scottish breakfast served by Kenny in his kilt was absolutely delicious. The convenient location made it easy for us to explore the city and nearby attractions. Parking was hassle-free with plenty of spaces available. The room was immaculate, with nice toiletries provided, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We appreciated Kenny's wealth of knowledge about the area and his recommendations for things to do. We will definitely be back for another visit!
