The newly decorated bedroom and recently fitted bathroom were a refreshing surprise. the shower provided a great experience and made it easy to get ready for the day. the hosts were very welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere. All the necessary facilities were available, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the shower temperature was inconsistent, making it difficult to find the perfect balance.

The location is ideal, with easy car parking nearby and just a two-minute walk to the seafront. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms had all the modern amenities I needed, including a large bed and shared bathroom. The breakfast, which included vegetarian options, was deliciously served and included in the price.

had a fantastic time in morecambe; sanderling exceeded my expectations! perfect location, close to promenade & beach, with secure bike parking. room was comfortable & clean, with fast wifi. nearby chip shop & friendly hosts made it a seaside getaway worth remembering.

The budget hotel is in a great location, very close to the seafront and all the major attractions. The breakfast served here is in a traditional English setting, with all the trimmings to give you a fantastic start to the day. The rooms, although in need of refurbishment, are clean and comfortable, with fluffy towels and basic but sufficient facilities. The view from the rooms is pleasant, overlooking a nice garden in the front.

Some aspects of the hotel, such as the outdated decor, are in need of improvement.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the Sanderling. the location near the seafront was perfect, and the friendly host made us feel welcome from the start. Our ground floor room had a comfortable king-size bed and a recently fitted bathroom with a great shower. the breakfast in the morning was excellent, with plenty of choices. Free parking outside was a bonus. We highly recommend the Sanderling for a delightful seaside getaway.

The value for money at The Sanderling was excellent, with a comfortable room and new fittings. The location was very central, perfect for events at The Platform, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

My only suggestion to make the breakfast even better would be to offer more variety in the breakfast choices.

Great location, right by the seafront and shops. Spotless hotel with excellent rooms. Friendly hostess gave helpful dining recommendations. Returning in April because we enjoyed it so much. Lovely made-to-order breakfast.

The bed was comfy and breakfast was good. the location was convenient because it was close to the beach and walking distance to the town center.

The bathroom was not clean as there were mould spots on the shower curtains and around the toilet. the walls were thin which made it difficult to sleep because we could hear people talking loudly and knocking on doors.
