Absolutely mind-blowing stay! The house was warm and cosy, with massive rooms. Complete luxury with spa-like bathrooms and a beautiful courtyard. Fantastic location, very close to town centre. Superb decor, comfy sofas, massive TV, well-stocked kitchen. Luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms with waterfall showers. Comfy beds, quality bedding. a jaw-dropping experience that we want to repeat every time we visit!

Spotless, comfortable and well-equipped. Good parking. Tea bags, coffee, and toiletries provided. Excellent showers with plenty of hot water. High-end quality furnishings. Beds super comfy. Very good location.

Stayed for a romantic escape and had a fabulous time. The house was warm and cosy, perfect for snuggling up together. The deep plunge bath and rainfall showers in the spa-like bathrooms were a real treat. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook and bake to our heart's content. The location was great, just a short walk to the town centre and all its attractions. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few minor issues that prevented it from being perfect. The layout of the dining area in the kitchen was a bit awkward, making it difficult to serve meals and eat comfortably.

loved our stay at simba house! warm, cosy, and luxurious with massive rooms and spa-like bathrooms. courtyard was a godsend for family visits. now we want to stay here every time we visit saltburn-by-the-sea. well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and great location. absolutely wonderful!

Dining area around the island was difficult for serving meals.
