The host, Janie, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her delicious breakfast, made with fresh produce, was a highlight of our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the promenade and various bars and attractions. I highly recommend this guest house and can't wait to return.

I had an exceptional stay at a wonderful guest house. The owner, Janie, went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. She even sent me a helpful email with restaurant recommendations before I arrived. The room was immaculate and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, town, and bars. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The only minor suggestions I have is for a full length mirror in the bedroom and a way to open the bathroom window for fresh air. However, these were not major issues and did not detract from my overall enjoyment of the stay.

I couldn't believe how spacious and clean the room was, perfect for nature lovers. The facilities were fantastic, including a large and comfortable bed. It's only a short walk to the Blackpool Tower and North Pier. The free cooked breakfast and choice of cereals, fruits, and drinks in the morning were a great added bonus. The landlady, Jane, was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable with her friendly and welcoming nature.

Bathroom was a bit chilly.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The host was very friendly and accommodating. She even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and some chocolate-covered strawberries in our room. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the beach and within walking distance of some great restaurants. The room itself was clean and beautifully decorated.

We did have a few issues during our stay. the bed was not very comfortable and we had trouble getting a good night's sleep.
