Skye View in Glenelg was an absolute gem. The property itself was stunning, with breathtaking views and fantastic facilities. It truly felt like a home away from home, with cozy furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. The warm welcome we received, including a crackling wood burner on arrival, made us feel instantly at ease. The surrounding area was simply mesmerizing, offering endless opportunities for exploration and unforgettable experiences. The local village shop and pub were excellent, and we even had the pleasure of sampling delicious handmade chocolates and local beers. Despite a few minor road direction hiccups, our stay was nothing short of perfect. Skye View is without a doubt the best cottage in Scotland, and we can't wait to return.

The house was stunning, super clean, and very cozy. The comfortable beds ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The incredible views were perfect for a romantic getaway, and the location provided a breathtaking drive through stunning scenery. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the provided information about the area was accurate and helpful. Communication with the host was easy, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth.

The central heating could have been better as we often had to rely on the log burner fire to keep warm. the hot water was a bit temperamental, which was a minor inconvenience during our stay.

Spacious and comfortable house with jaw-dropping panoramic views, large patio, and super comfortable beds. The lounge is mind-blowingly spacious with comfortable furniture. Ideal location for ferry to Sky, Eilean Donan Castle, Plockton, and several lochs. Short walk to Glenelg village. Will definitely return on our next visit!

Skye View was absolutely exceptional. The value for money was outstanding, with a stylish and cosy home that had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and breathtaking views. The staff, Charlie and Sarah, were excellent hosts, striking the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us privacy. The location was peaceful and surrounded by stunning scenery, making it a dream destination.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be a wider variety of breakfast items to choose from.
