We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a spacious apartment at no extra cost. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. The staff at Smiths provided excellent service and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was also ideal. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value. The apartment in Victoria Mansions was spacious, well-furnished, and had stunning views. The reception staff were amazing and even arranged an early check-in for us. It felt like a home away from home.

The breakfast could use some improvement, especially the hash browns. They were greasy and thin, better quality ones would be great.

We had a wonderful English coastal break at Smiths. The food was excellent, well-served, and the portion sizes were great. The room had a gorgeous sea view, and check-in was quick and problem-free. The staff were friendly and looked after all our needs and requests. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were top-notch. Dining at the hotel was a pleasure, with fresh and delicious food. We will definitely be returning soon. Special mention to Mike at reception, who was a credit to the hotel.

Great location. Dinners and breakfast excellent with friendly staff. Bed and breakfast options available. Easy access to pier, beach, main shops, and shopping center. Small room, but had everything needed, good decor, quality, and very clean. Freshly cooked piping hot food. Nice and spacious en-suite shower room. Perfect for 1-night trip. Right on seafront.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Weston-super-Mare and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations. the location was absolutely perfect, right on the beachfront with stunning sea views. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that all of my needs were met throughout my stay. Their level of service truly made me feel valued as a guest. Lastly, the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in both the amenities and the cleanliness of the room was superb. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Weston-super-Mare.

It was as close to the beach as possible, which was perfect for our family with two small kids. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met. the breakfast offered a variety of options to start our day.

The dining room lacked ambience and could use a modern update.

During our stay at Smiths Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern and comfortable room we were assigned, Room 117. The bed was comfy, and the ensuite bathroom was extremely clean. We also appreciated the great tea and coffee concept in the room. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to the seafront promenade. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who assisted us during check-in and check-out. We found the hotel to be quiet, and we had a peaceful night's sleep. The thick, large towels provided were of good quality, and the hot shower was a welcome treat.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the tiny TV in the room. Additionally, it would have been preferable if breakfast arrangements had been confirmed upon check-in rather than having to arrange it the evening before.

As a tourist, I loved the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. Stayed over Christmas and it was amazing! the hotel is just across the beach, had the best sea view from my room. the staff were very helpful and attentive, they always had a smile on their faces even during the holiday season. the food was of high quality, impeccable service from the restaurant staff. the hotel is very well run and organized.

It was really challenging for my elderly parents to navigate through the stairs and for my young niece who is blind. the hotel room was small for our group of three and there wasn't enough room to move around.
